What we record, and why

This site records your review of a Full Cast Edition production under your production agreement.

• What: your name and email address; your notes, uploaded images and their declarations; and for each approval, withdrawal and sign-off: the time, your IP address, your browser, your country as Cloudflare reports it, how you signed in, and the exact version you approved.
• Why: to evidence approvals under the production agreement, including in a payment dispute.
• How long: until six years after the final sign-off, or the end of any dispute, whichever is later.
• Each approval, withdrawal and sign-off is also emailed to you, with a copy to the producer, as a receipt.
